Materials: Client pays for all needed materials (no markup; materials cost exactly what you pay for them).
Travel Fee: $25 call-out fee for locations outside Calgary city limits.
Material Pickup: $10 fee if pickup is required outside of billed work hours (no pickup fee if client supplies material themselves).
